Frozen biscoff yogurt bark is the ultimate summer treat that transforms simple ingredients into a creamy, crunchy dessert you’ll want to make on repeat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g Biscoff cookie butter
  • 50 g Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • Extra Biscoff crumbs, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl, then add honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the Biscoff cookie butter and mix until creamy, leaving some golden swirls.
  4. Fold in the crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared tray.
  6. Sprinkle extra Biscoff crumbs over the top.
  7. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  8. Break into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt to prevent icy texture.
  • Do not overmix the cookie butter to maintain golden swirls.
  • Avoid freezing too thin to prevent brittle shards.
  • Always line the tray with parchment paper for easy removal.
