  • finely diced 1 green bell pepper
  • finely diced 1 medium onion
  • chopped 2 cups (200 g) shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set the oven broiler to 400°F (200°C). Combine: In a baking dish
  2. mix the seasoned ground beef
  3. black beans
  4. corn
  5. bell peppers
  6. and onion. Layer: Spread the mixture evenly and top with a layer of shredded cheese. Bake: Broil for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling with golden spots. Garnish: Top with fresh cilantro and serve hot
