- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Place the raw cashews in a bowl, cover with water, and soak for at least 4 hours or overnight; drain and rinse thoroughly.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked cashews, chopped jalapeño, nutritional yeast, lime juice, garlic, vinegar, salt, and turmeric.
- Add 1/2 cup of fresh water to the blender canister.
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
- Check the consistency; if it is too thick, add more water one tablespoon at a time and pulse until it reaches your preference.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with extra lime juice or salt if necessary.
- Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
