3-Ingredient Chocolate Chip White Fudge transforms simple pantry staples into creamy, decadent squares that melt on your tongue. This no-fuss confection delivers bakery-quality results without complicated techniques or expensive equipment.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate chips (approx. 2 cups / 350 g)
  • Sweetened condensed milk (1 can / approx. 400 g)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips (approx. 1 cup / 170 g, split for the mix and topping)

Instructions

  1. Line the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper. Melt the Base: In a saucepan over low heat, add the white chocolate chips and pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until completely smooth and melted. Fold in Chocolate Chips: Remove from the heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Pour and Smooth: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly with a spatula. Garnish: Sprinkle extra semi-sweet chocolate chips across the surface. Chill and Slice: Place in the refrigerator until completely chilled and firm. Lift the parchment paper out and slice the fudge into neat squares using a sharp knife.

Notes

  • Always melt white chocolate over low heat to prevent seizing or burning.
  • Use premium white chocolate chips with cocoa butter rather than palm oil for superior melting.
  • Resist rushing the chilling process; proper setting ensures clean cuts and perfect squares.
  • Use a hot, dry knife wiped between cuts for professional-looking edges.
  • Never slice before the fudge is thoroughly chilled.
  • Avoid over-stirring after adding semi-sweet chips so they maintain shape and contrast.
