  • 3/4 cup (150g) Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup (150g) White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 3/4 cups (345g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 cups (340g) White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips by hand.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
