  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry or raspberry powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 lemon slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a cold mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with berry powder and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Fill a tall glass with chilled pink lemonade (add ice if using).
  3. Gently spoon the whipped berry cream on top of the lemonade.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
