Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone or steel, place it inside during preheat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Toss sliced veggies lightly in olive oil and set aside. Shred the cheese and halve the tomatoes.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza peel or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Layer with spinach, mozzarella, and the rest of the veggies. Sprinkle oregano on top.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Finishing Touches: Let it rest for a minute, then drizzle a bit of olive oil or a pinch of chili flakes if desired.
