A light, fruity, and creamy strawberry parfait layered with fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, and optional crunchy biscuit crumbs. Perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Biscuits or Granola (optional)
  • Mint Leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your dessert glasses in the fridge or freezer while you prepare ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and let sit for 10–15 minutes until syrupy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. Layer parfait glasses with strawberries and syrup, whipped cream, and crushed biscuits. Repeat layers if desired.
  5. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves or extra strawberries.
  6. Chill for 15 minutes before serving for best texture.

  • Chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream for faster results.
  • For dairy-free, substitute coconut cream.
