- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Agave Nectar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- Blend strawberries, lime juice, agave, water, and orange juice until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a shallow metal baking pan.
- Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Scrape the frozen edges into the center with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Repeat the scraping process every 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours until fluffy.
