  • 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup Agave Nectar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, lime juice, agave, water, and orange juice until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture into a shallow metal baking pan.
  3. Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Scrape the frozen edges into the center with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  5. Repeat the scraping process every 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours until fluffy.
  6. Rim chilled glasses with lime juice and coarse salt.
  7. Scoop the granita into glasses and serve immediately.
