Ingredients

  • Fresh Spinach: 2 cups (roughly chopped)
  • Feta Cheese: ½ cup (crumbled)
  • Mozzarella Cheese: ½ cup (shredded)
  • Garlic: 1 clove (minced)
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Bread Slices: 4 (sourdough or rustic loaf)
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons (softened)
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Sauté garlic in olive oil, add spinach until wilted. Mix with feta, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Clean skillet if needed. Butter the outside of each bread slice.
