A nostalgic, no-bake layered dessert featuring buttery graham crackers, rich dark chocolate ganache, and light marshmallow cheesecake topped with a toasted marshmallow.

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream (divided)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 Large Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of 12 mini glasses.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to create ganache.
  3. Pipe a layer of chocolate ganache over the graham cracker base.
  4. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Whip remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pipe the marshmallow cheesecake filling into the glasses.
  7. Top each glass with a marshmallow and use a kitchen torch to toast until charred.
