Succulent salmon fillets coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze, roasted to perfection on a single sheet pan for an easy and elegant meal.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets: 4 portions (6 ounces each)
  • Honey: 3 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Whole Grain Mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Cloves: 2 cloves
  • Fresh Dill: 2 tablespoons
  • Sea Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over the top and sides of each fillet.
  5. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and extra lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

  • Leave the skin on the salmon to protect the meat while roasting.
  • Pat the fish dry before glazing so the sauce sticks perfectly.
  • Use parchment paper for easy cleanup of the sticky honey glaze.
