Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the coconut is golden and the edges are set.
  7. Cool completely in the pan, then lift out and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and cleaner slices.
  • Let bars cool fully before cutting to prevent crumbling.
  • Swap butterscotch or chocolate chips for other flavors to customize.
