  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or place a grill pan over medium heat on the stove.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

  5. Grill the skewers for 2 to 3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of rice, salad, or wraps.

Notes
