Creamy, decadent Samoa Cheesecake inspired by the iconic Girl Scout cookie—layered with caramel, toasted coconut, and rich chocolate for the ultimate dessert indulgence.

Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 2 cups – Forms the classic buttery base for the crust.

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Wrap the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan in foil and prepare a hot water bath.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully combined. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Grease the sides of the springform pan and place it in a larger roasting pan to prepare for the water bath.
