Ingredients

  • Sushi Rice: 2 cups uncooked

  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Salmon Fillet: 1 pound, cooked and flaked
  • Cream Cheese: 8 ounces, softened
  • Japanese Mayonnaise (Kewpie): ½ cup
  • Sriracha: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Green Onions: 3 stalks, finely sliced
  • Cucumber: 1 small, diced (optional topping)
  • Furikake Seasoning: 3 tablespoons
  • Nori Sheets: 1 pack
  • Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
