Ravioli Lasagna

A comforting, layered bake that combines tender cheese ravioli, rich marinara sauce, and melty cheeses for an easy twist on traditional lasagna. Perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Cheese Ravioli: 2 pounds
  • Marinara Sauce: 4 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 3 cups shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1 cup grated
  • Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup
  • Fresh Basil: 1/4 cup chopped
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Preheat Your Equipment: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine Ingredients: Mix ricotta with half the chopped basil in a small bowl.
  • Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  • Assemble the Dish: Layer half the ravioli, followed by half the ricotta mixture, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sauce. Repeat layers.
  • Cook to Perfection: Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more until golden and bubbly.
  • Finishing Touches: Sprinkle remaining basil over the top.
