These no-bake Monster Cookie Protein Balls are packed with oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and colorful candy-coated chocolates. A fun, protein-packed snack that’s perfect for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, flaxseed, salt, chocolate chips, and candy pieces.
  3. In another bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until well blended. Add more oats if too sticky.
  5. Chill mixture for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form balls and roll them by hand.
  7. Place on the tray and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
