Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Pistachio Liqueur
  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Heavy Cream
  • Maple Syrup or Honey (for the rim)
  • Crushed Pistachios (for garnish)
  • Ice Cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine pistachio liqueur, vanilla vodka, Irish cream, heavy cream, and ice.
  3. Prepare your glass rim by dipping it into syrup or honey, then into crushed pistachios.
  4. Shake the ingredients vigorously for 20 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Strain the drink into the prepared glasses.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle more crushed pistachios on top.
  7. Serve immediately.
