Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the pistachio pudding mix. Stir until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully blended.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, folding gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
