Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Festive sprinkles, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball in chocolate and place back on the tray. Add sprinkles if using.
  7. Chill until chocolate is set, then serve or store.

  • Use a fork to roll balls in chocolate for even coverage.
  • Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for longer.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt or drizzle with extra chocolate for flair.
