Ingredients

  • 6 Oreos, crushed
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk, cold
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip heavy cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside in the fridge.
  2. Crush Oreos and place them at the bottom of a tall serving glass.
  3. Pour cold milk gently over the crushed Oreos.
  4. Spoon or slowly pour the chocolate foam over the milk layer.
  5. Optionally, add a few ice cubes and garnish with an Oreo on top.
