  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In the skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until soft and golden brown, about 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
