Monster Cookie Dough Fudge is a rich, chewy, colorful twist on classic fudge that combines creamy peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, and candy-coated chocolates in one irresistible bite.

Ingredients

  • Salted Butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick)
  • Creamy Peanut Butter: 1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup (packed)
  • Milk: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Quick-Cooking Oats: 1/2 cup
  • All-Purpose Flour (heat-treated): 1/2 cup
  • Mini M&M’s: 1/2 cup
  • Mini Chocolate Chips: 1/2 cup
  • White Chocolate Chips: 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and peanut butter. Add brown sugar and milk, stirring until it gently bubbles.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, then oats and flour until fully blended.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted. Cool slightly before folding in M&M’s and chocolate chips.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Pour into the dish and smooth the top.
  6. Finishing Touches: Press extra M&M’s and chips on top for decoration.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Chill for 2–3 hours, then slice and enjoy at room temperature.
