These Mini Bagel Pizzas are the perfect bite-sized snack packed with melty mozzarella, tangy sauce, and crispy pepperoni on a toasted bagel base. Quick to make, kid-friendly, and endlessly customizable.

  • 6 Mini Bagels (halved)
  • 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Arrange bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush each half with the oil mixture, then spread with pizza sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and top with mini pepperoni slices.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
