- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1½ cups Milky Way bars (chopped)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Spread two-thirds of the brownie batter into the pan evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Dollop over the brownie layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top, then swirl gently with a knife.
- Press in chopped Milky Way pieces and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until center is set. Let cool in pan, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
- Slice into squares and serve.
