A rich, creamy, and flavorful baked chicken dish that truly melts in your mouth. Juicy chicken thighs are smothered in a parmesan-mayo crust, perfectly seasoned and baked until golden and tender.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley until well combined.
  3. Lay chicken thighs flat in the baking dish with space between each piece.
  4. Spread the mayo mixture generously over each thigh, fully coating the tops.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden.
  6. For a crispier crust, broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes at the end.
