A dreamy chocolate dessert made of folded crepes drenched in swirls of milk, white, and dark chocolate. Perfectly indulgent and easier to make than it looks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup milk chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup white chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk together flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease the skillet, pour in a small ladle of batter, and tilt to spread evenly.
  4. Cook each crepe for about 1 minute per side, then transfer to a plate.
  5. Fold crepes into triangles and arrange 2–3 per serving plate.
  6. Melt each chocolate type in separate bowls until smooth.
  7. Drizzle melted milk, white, and dark chocolate over folded crepes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
