This Mediterranean tuna salad is fresh, zesty, and packed with protein. Loaded with crunchy veggies, briny capers, and creamy feta, it’s a no-cook meal that’s as flavorful as it is fast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) canned tuna, drained
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and capers.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese on top.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over all ingredients.
  4. Gently toss everything together until well mixed and evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
