  • 2 cups Beef Broth: rich braising liquid
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream: makes the gravy silky

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Season roast with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Sear roast 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Sauté onions until soft. Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, oregano, and pepper flakes.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Return roast to pot. Add broth. Bring to simmer, cover, and bake for 3–3.5 hours.
