This cozy caffeine-free maple cinnamon latte is made with warm milk, real maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon for a sweet, spiced drink that’s perfect any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 12 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Foamed Milk or Whipped Cream (optional, for topping)
  • Cinnamon Sugar or Ground Cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Warm your mug with hot water and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and heated through (do not boil).
  3. Remove from heat and froth the mixture if desired.
  4. Pour warm milk into the mug, holding back the foam with a spoon, then spoon the foam on top.
  5. Top with whipped cream or extra foam if using, and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use pure maple syrup for the best flavor — imitation syrup won’t taste the same.
  • To avoid cinnamon clumps, whisk it with maple syrup first before adding milk.
  • Oat milk and whole milk froth best for a creamy finish.
