These gooey, chewy Magic Cookies are a no-fuss, flavor-packed treat made with layers of chocolate, coconut, nuts, and a buttery graham cracker crust—all held together by sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Evenly layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts over the crust. Top with shredded coconut.
  4. Slowly drizzle sweetened condensed milk over all the layers.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Line your pan with parchment paper for easy removal and clean slices.
  • Chill before slicing for sharper edges and cleaner cuts.
  • Try adding sea salt or a drizzle of chocolate on top for an elegant twist.
