Loaded Cheeseburger Fries combine crispy fries, seasoned beef, melted cheeses, and classic burger toppings into one delicious skillet meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen French fries (20 oz)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/3 cup diced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F and cook fries until golden and crispy.
  2. While fries cook, heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl for the burger sauce.
  4. Transfer cooked fries to an oven-safe skillet or dish. Top with beef, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Place under the broiler or in the oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle burger sauce on top, then add diced pickles, tomato, and shredded lettuce if using.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
  • For extra crispiness, bake fries in a single layer and don’t overcrowd.
  • Customize with jalapeños, onions, or your favorite burger toppings.
  • Leftovers reheat best in a skillet or air fryer.
