Refreshing bite-sized dessert shooters featuring layers of buttery graham cracker, tangy cream cheese, and bright lemon curd.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Lemon Curd
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of 12 mini glasses.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold 1 cup of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pipe a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each glass.
  5. Add a layer of lemon curd on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Finish with a dollop of the remaining whipped topping.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese to ensure a lump-free filling.
  • Pipe the layers for the cleanest visual presentation.
  • Add the walnuts right before serving to keep them crunchy.
