A dreamy and refreshing Lavender Iced Latte made with floral homemade syrup, chilled espresso, and creamy milk. It’s a relaxing, café-style drink that’s as soothing as it is beautiful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 12 shots espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine lavender, water, and sugar. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes, then remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and chill the syrup.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in 1–2 tablespoons of lavender syrup.
  4. Add chilled milk slowly over the syrup.
  5. Pour in chilled espresso gently to create layers.
  6. Garnish with dried lavender and serve.

Notes

  • Use culinary-grade lavender for best flavor.
  • Adjust syrup to taste — start small and add more if needed.
  • Chill your coffee in advance to keep the drink cold without diluting.
