This Honeycrisp apple sangria is the ultimate fall-inspired drink. Made with crisp apples, fresh citrus, warm spices it’s refreshing, fruity, and perfect for parties or cozy nights in. Easy to make ahead and packed with seasonal flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils or cranberries (optional)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (added before serving)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for rimming glasses)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine sliced apples, oranges, cinnamon sticks, and pomegranate arils or cranberries if using.
  2. Pour in apple cider, orange juice, and honey or maple syrup if desired. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let flavors meld.
  4. Before serving, rim glasses with a cinnamon-sugar mixture by dipping rims in orange juice then into the sugar blend.
  5. Add a cinnamon stick and fresh fruit slices to each glass.
  6. Pour in sparkling water just before serving and stir gently.
  7. Serve chilled over ice with fruit in each glass.

Notes

  • Chill for several hours to allow flavors to develop fully.
  • Adjust sweetness with honey or syrup as needed.
