Festive no-bake Grinch Oreo Balls made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and green candy melts. Decorated with red candy hearts and sprinkles, these truffles are perfect for Christmas parties, cookie trays, and holiday gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz green candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning)
  • Red heart sprinkles (for decoration)
  • White and green sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add softened cream cheese and blend until a dough forms.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt green candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil if needed to thin.
  4. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the green coating using a fork. Tap off excess and return to tray.
  5. Before coating sets, top each with a red heart sprinkle and any additional decorations.
  6. Chill again for 10–15 minutes until set. Serve or store in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best consistency.
  • Let the coating set at room temp or refrigerate briefly.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze for up to 2 months in a sealed container.
