Garlic Butter Lobster Bites

Succulent lobster bites seared in a golden garlic butter sauce with lemon and parsley, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • Lobster Tails: 4 (about 1 1/2 pounds total), cut into bite-sized chunks
  • Butter: 6 tablespoons, unsalted
  • Garlic: 5 cloves, minced
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Cut lobster tails into bite-sized chunks and pat dry.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add olive oil and half the butter to the skillet until melted and sizzling.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Add lobster bites to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Stir in garlic and remaining butter, cooking until lobster is opaque and fragrant.
  6. Finishing Touches: Squeeze lemon juice over and sprinkle with parsley.

Notes

  • Do not overcook lobster or it will become rubbery.
  • Add garlic at the end to prevent burning.
