  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
  3. Place halved bread cut side up on the baking sheet.
