A whimsical and colorful treat featuring a soft sugar cookie base folded with Fruity Pebbles cereal and finished with a sweet powdered sugar glaze.

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 and 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles cereal by hand.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Whisk powdered sugar and milk together to create a thick glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cookies and immediately top with additional cereal.
