Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Cream butter with brown and white sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and 3/4 cup Fruity Pebbles.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Press two-thirds of cookie dough into the pan base.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over base. Dot remaining dough on top and sprinkle with extra cereal.
