A vibrant and refreshing medley of seasonal fruits tossed in a light honey-lime glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 pound sweet strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup plump blueberries
  • 3 zesty kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Peel and dice the mangoes and kiwis.
  3. Hull and quarter the strawberries.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined.
  5. Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Add bananas or other soft fruits only right before serving to prevent browning.
  • Chilling the fruit before assembly keeps the salad crisp.
  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
