  • 1 cup club soda (8 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill the glass)
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly or chill.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the club soda and simple syrup, then stir gently.
  4. Slowly pour the espresso over the soda.
  5. Gently layer the heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
