Ingredients

  • Corn Tortillas: 8 small tortillas
  • Refried Beans: 1 can (15 oz), warmed
  • Olive Oil: 1 cup (for frying)
  • Shredded Lettuce: 2 cups
  • Diced Tomatoes: 1 cup
  • Shredded Cheese: 1 cup (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Sour Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Avocado or Guacamole: 1 sliced avocado or 1/2 cup guacamole
  • Hot Sauce or Salsa: To taste
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat for frying, or preheat oven to 400°F if baking.
