Crispy on the outside, creamy and fruity on the inside, these Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bites are an irresistible dessert twist that’s easy to make and impossible to forget.

Ingredients
Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
Granulated Sugar: 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
Fresh Strawberries: 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Powdered Sugar: for dusting
Wonton Wrappers: about 20
Egg: 1, beaten
Vegetable Oil: for frying
Instructions
Preheat Your Equipment: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F. Line a plate with paper towels for draining later.
Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Make sure your frying pan is deep enough to submerge the wontons. Maintain oil heat at 350°F.
Assemble the Dish: Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush edges with egg wash, fold diagonally into a triangle, and press to seal tightly.
Cook to Perfection: Fry in batches for about 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
Finishing Touches: Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar.
