A fun and fruity twist on the viral whipped coffee, this Dalgonaberry drink layers iced milk, classic dalgona coffee foam, and a fluffy berry whipped cream topping. It’s bold, creamy, and totally stunning.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried berry powder (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (chilled)
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill the glass)
  • Optional garnish: cocoa powder or crushed freeze-dried berries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip instant coffee, sugar, and hot water with a hand mixer or whisk until thick and frothy (3–5 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with berry powder until soft peaks form.
  3. Fill a clear glass with ice and pour in the chilled milk.
  4. Spoon the dalgona coffee over the milk layer.
  5. Top with the whipped berry cream.
  6. Optional: Dust with cocoa powder or crushed berries.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon. Stir to combine or enjoy in layers.

Notes

  • Use cold cream straight from the fridge for best results.
  • Freeze-dried berries give vibrant color and real flavor without artificial additives.
  • Customize with flavored milk or adjust sweetness as desired.
