  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in chopped dill.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cottage cheese mixture over it.
  3. Arrange thin cucumber slices evenly over the cottage cheese spread.
  4. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes if desired for extra crunch and flavor.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle with a pinch of everything bagel seasoning.
  • You can use low-fat cottage cheese to keep it lighter.
