These Crispy Party Bites are the perfect finger food for any gathering, featuring crunchy cheese crisps, creamy avocado, savory turkey, and a zesty mayo-mustard spread stacked into a delicious bite-sized treat.

  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese: Baked into golden, crispy rounds for the base and top layer
  • 8 slices Deli Turkey: Adds a juicy, savory layer of protein
  • 1 large Avocado: Sliced thin for creamy texture
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes: Halved to add sweetness and color
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves: Torn to add fresh crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise: For creamy binding
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard: Adds a tangy kick
  • 8 Toothpicks: Used to assemble and hold each bite together

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard to create a spread.
  3. Place cheddar slices on the baking sheet in spaced rounds. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and bubbly, then let cool slightly.
  4. Spread a bit of the mayo-mustard mix on each cheese crisp.
  5. Layer lettuce, turkey slice, avocado slice, and a cherry tomato half on each.
  6. Top with another cheese crisp if desired, then secure each stack with a toothpick.
  7. Let them set for 5 minutes, then serve chilled or at room temperature.
