A light, creamy, and colorful dessert made with green gelatin, sweetened milk, and fruit cocktail. This Creamy Fruity Jelly is the perfect make-ahead treat for parties, holidays, or just a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet (25g) green gelatin powder (lime or pandan flavor)
  • 2 cups water
  • ¾ cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup canned fruit cocktail, drained
  • ¼ cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin (optional, for extra firmness)

Instructions

  1. Chill your jelly mold or serving dish lightly in the fridge.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the green gelatin powder in water. Stir until fully dissolved, but do not let it boil.
  3. Reduce heat and add condensed milk and evaporated milk. Stir gently until well combined. Taste and add sugar if desired.
  4. Arrange half of the fruit cocktail in the mold. Pour in the slightly cooled gelatin mixture. Add the rest of the fruit on top and gently press them in.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  6. To serve, unmold by running a knife along the edge and flipping onto a serving plate. Slice and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly before pouring to keep fruit suspended evenly.
  • Use silicone molds for easier release.
  • Customize with your favorite flavored gelatin or fresh fruit.
  • Unflavored gelatin can help achieve firmer texture if needed.
