This Crab Rangoon Pizza combines the creamy, crispy magic of your favorite appetizer with the cheesy, golden goodness of pizza. Topped with sweet chili sauce, green onions, and crispy onions, it’s a bold, flavor-packed twist on classic comfort food.

  • 1 ball pizza dough (1214 inches rolled out)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fried crispy onions
  • 23 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped crab, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper and brush edges with olive oil.
  4. Spread the crab and cream cheese mixture over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Transfer pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce, and top with crispy onions and green onions.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1 minute at the end of baking.
